    The Allyship & Equity Committee ended the year with an engaging discussion about the role inequity plays in parking ticket hearings. Not only do disadvantaged motorists contest violations less often, when they do, they're often more likely to be found liable. Please find a link to the discussion below.     "Updating and auditing parking signage in underserved areas was highlighted as a critical step."

    I remember parking, counting over 15 lines of text, 4 individual signs stacked and thinking "I am a parking professional and I still don't know if I can park here."

    It was at that time that I decided to lean further into the profession and ensure that there were much better, clearer options.
