My favorite way to engage is to NETWORK. I like to make a connection, get out the way and watch how someone is served through active listening. When an early career job seeker is looking for change, encouraging them to have coffee with someone who can change their perspective is key. After each graduation season, looking for at least one new graduate and introducing them to a future mentor demonstrates that beyond the industry, we have the ability to live the culture.

Subject: Meaningful allyship examples in the parking and mobility industry (A discussion thread)
How can we, as professionals in parking and mobility, actively practice allyship to make a positive impact in our industry and the people we serve? What are some examples of allyship you've seen that made a meaningful difference at work or in the overall industry?
