Sorry my last post link wouldn't open, but it dealt with building over lots, and how the in box thinking has been housing and solar panels all fine ideas.
As parking professionals we can think out of the box and solve another issue urban food deserts. Gardens, instead of panels tomatoes squash, beans. They could feed famalies, farmers markets, bodegas.
