I think efforts to move us from door to destination, using multiple modes of travel is a dream for those of us in the business. Consumer buyin, in the US has been spotty at best. It seemed during covid we made some progress due to distancing everyone bought into. Now that everyone is back in the office we are back to our old bad behavior. I saw it in my own commute as it grew from a 45 minute trip one way in 2021 to a 1.5 hour trip in 2024.
