Allyship and Equity Community

When The Allyship and Equity Committee was announced, I knew then, that we {you, your colleagues and I} would have an opportunity to lean into the building of a concept that was far ahead of the times. Allyship is something that is longstanding. Global business relies upon the difference makers to leave even the smallest of treasures for the next leg of the journey. 

The path forward requires each separate demographic to become A REAL HOMOGENOUS collection of purposed movers. It is not about parking cars anymore. It is about moving people safely to and from their destination and encouraging much safer rides and a purpose-filled daily routine. 

In Episode 16, I dropped a few bars for you to check out.  I also extended the opportunity to demonstrate how even having compassion for others could help move the needle forward. Why? 
Because how you do anything, is how you do everything.
