    Good morning all!  Continuing our conversation here.  The questions we discussed in our meeting this week were:

    1. Do you actively recruit for diversity and how?
    2. With programs being eliminated, how do you continue your efforts?

    Some feedback:

    1. Make sure you have the data supporting where you are lacking
    2. Make sure your hiring practices are fair
    3. Partner with various organizations to help with this
